At www.dawieroux.art, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

• Original Artwork: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
• Prints: Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.

If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Contact Email] with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

• Email us at [Your Contact Email] with your order details and reason for return.
• If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.
• If you return a print, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
